Company Overview
We started out with a simple goal: build galvanizing plants that actually work the way they’re supposed to, from day one. Too many manufacturers end up patching together equipment from different vendors, only to discover the kettle doesn’t match the furnace capacity, or the fume extraction system can’t keep up with production. We took a different approach designing and delivering complete plants as a single, coordinated system. Over the years, that approach has taken us into general galvanizing, spin galvanizing, and tube and pipe galvanizing projects across different industries and production scales. Every plant we’ve built has taught us something about what actually holds up on the factory floor versus what looks good on a spec sheet.
Our Mission
We aim to deliver galvanizing plants that are engineered around the client’s actual production needs not a one-size-fits-all package. That means honest project timelines, transparent costing, and equipment built to handle real-world operating conditions, not just ideal lab conditions.
Our Vision
To be the manufacturer clients turn to first when they’re serious about building a galvanizing plant that runs reliably for decades, not just one that passes commissioning tests.
Our Values
Engineering integrity
We don’t cut corners on kettle thickness, furnace design, or fume system capacity just to hit a lower quote.
Transparency
Clients get realistic timelines and cost estimates upfront, including what could push a
project longer.
Long-Term Accountability
Our relationship with a client doesn’t end at commissioning. Maintenance, spare parts, and upgrades are part of how we work.
Continuous Improvement
Each project feeds back into how we design the next one, whether that’s a better fume extraction layout or a more efficient material handling setup.
Leadership
Our directors bring decades of combined experience in industrial plant design, fabrication, and galvanizing process engineering. That hands-on background is why our plant designs tend to hold up well beyond the commissioning phase the leadership team has actually run galvanizing operations, not just sold equipment for them.
What We Do
We design, manufacture, and commission complete hot dip galvanizing plants, covering:
- Turnkey plant design and civil layout planning
- Zinc kettles, pre-treatment tanks, and pulse-fired furnaces
- Fume extraction and environmental compliance systems
- Zinc recovery and plant control systems
- Material handling cranes, hoists, conveyors, and automated transfer systems
- ETP/STP and auxiliary plant infrastructure
- Post-commissioning services including AMC, spare parts, and plant upgrades
Our Infrastructure
Our manufacturing setup includes fabrication bays for kettles and tanks, an in-house engineering and design team for layout and automation planning, and testing capability to validate equipment before it ships to site. This lets us catch design or fabrication issues before they become expensive problems during installation.
Our Process
Every project follows a structured path:
01
Requirement study
Understanding your product, volume, and site constraints
Design and layout
Civil drawings, equipment specification, and plant layout planning
02
Fabrication
03
Building kettles, tanks, furnaces, and auxiliary equipment to spec
Installation and commissioning
On-site assembly, testing, and handover
04
Ongoing support
Maintenance contracts, spare parts, and upgrades as your plant scales
05
Associations & Compliance
We design our plants with environmental and safety compliance built in from the layout stage, not added on afterward this includes fume extraction, effluent treatment, and control systems that align with standard industrial compliance requirements.
